PACKAGE COST INCLUDES

PACKAGE COST EXCLUDES
- TOTAL EXPENSE FOR TRAVELLING TO DELHI IF IT IS REQUIRED BY THE SWISS CONSULATE FOR VISA PURPOSE
- 5% GST on the Total Tour Cost (including tips and any optional tour) which is payable at Kolkata by Indian Currency only in favour of Go Everywhere Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.
- 5% T.C.S is applicable on total foreign exchange part (including GST) as and when applicable up to date of travel only in favour of Go Everywhere Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd., which will be adjusted with your income tax return. (From 1st October, 2023 onwards, if more than 5% TCS as proposed will be gazetted by Govt. of India, then the same will be charged instead of 5% TCS, which is refundable after the tour).
- RT-PCR tests cost (both in India & abroad, if required).
- Expenses and services of personal nature – telephone calls, mineral water, any meals not forming a part of the group itinerary menu, room services orders, mini bar & beverages (alcoholic or non- alcoholic), snacks or refreshments or any other usage, laundry, personal entertainment expenses except for mentioned itinerary items, extra conveyance expenses, if any, entrance charges except for the mentioned itinerary items, any other incidental or medical expenses etc.

- NB: The Tour Itinerary as well as the Package Price is subject to change if any unforeseen/unavoidable situations occur before or during the tour AND/OR if there is any increase or decrease of cost per Airline, IATA rule, Visa & Rate of Exchange (ROE) at the time of final payment & departure of the tour, respectively. The package cost which includes all the services (as mentioned in the itinerary etc.) has been framed as on 1st October, 2023. Day 1: KOLKATA
Greetings from GO everywhere Holidays!!
We gladly introduce ourselves as the one stop provider for all your travel needs and requirements. Your presence at the Netaji Subhash International airport 3 hours prior to the departure is mandatory. Our experienced Tour Manager will meet you at the Kolkata Airport.
Day 2: GENEVA – CHAMONIX MEAL ON BOARD – DINNER
WELCOME TO THE NATURE’S MOST ARTISTIC CANVAS – SWITZERLAND. Our local English-speaking
guide will meet you at the airport. After clearing the immigration process, hop on to a luxurious coach to reach the designated hotel for check-in. Freshen up and proceed for a guided city tour of Geneva.
Geneva is the home to the European headquarters of the United Nations and it is Switzerland’s second-most populous city and one of the greenest cities in Europe.
Later, journey from Geneva towards Chamonix.
Check-in to the hotel followed by local 3 course dinner and stay overnight at Chamonix.
Day 3: CHAMONIX – MONT BLANC – LAUSSANE BREAKFAST – DINNER
After breakfast in the hotel, proceed for a full day excursion of Aiguille Du Midi with cable car ride. The Aiguille du Midi is a 3842m peak in the Mont Blanc massif of the French Alps. This is the closest you can get to the summit of Mont-Blanc without hiking or climbing.
The Aiguille du Midi is the highest mountain peak served by an aerial lift system. The Aiguille du Midi is an ideal starting point of the Three Monts route to ascend Mont-Blanc. The intermediate point, Plan de l’Aiguille (2,317m), is the mid station of the Aiguille du Midi cable car. The Aiguille du Midi cable car leaves from the centre of Chamonix Town (1035m) up to the summit of the Aiguile du Midi (3842m). The Aiguille du Midi cable car holds the world record for the highest vertical ascent: 2807m (from 1035m to 3842m). This is the closest you can get to the Mont Blanc on a lift system.
Later, proceed for the Swiss countryside, Lausanne. En-route, have an orientation tour of Montreux & Vevey.
Montreux is a traditional resort town on Lake Geneva nestled between steep hills and the lakeside. The town’s promenade is lined with flowers, sculptures, Mediterranean trees and grand Belle Époque buildings. Vevey is a town in Switzerland in the canton of Vaud, on the north shore of Lake Geneva. It was the seat of the district of the same name until 2006, and is now part of the Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut District. It is part of the French-speaking area of Switzerland. Vevey is home to the world headquarters of the international food and beverage company Nestlé, founded here in 1867. You can opt for an optional (See optional package cost) visit to the CHAPLIN’S WORLD: Museum honouring Charlie Chaplin.
Next, journey towards Laussane. Have dinner followed by an overnight stay in the hotel at Lausanne.
Day 4: LAUSANNE – GSTAAD – TASCH – ZERMATT BREAKFAST – DINNER
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed for an orientation tour of Lausanne. Lausanne is a city on Lake Geneva, in the French-speaking region of Vaud, Switzerland.
Next, proceed to Gstaad. En route, visit Chillon Castle from outside.
Gstaad is a town in the German-speaking section of the Canton of Bern in southwestern Switzerland. It is part of the municipality of Saanen and is known as a major ski resort and a popular destination amongst high society and the international jet set. Gstaad has a population of about 9,200 and is located 1,050 metres above sea level. Then proceed to Tasch by coach and from there, take a beautiful short Swiss train ride to Zermatt.
Arrive at Zermatt station. Then, check-in to the hotel followed by local dinner and an overnight stay at Zermatt.
Day 5: ZERMATT – MOUNT MATTERHORN BREAKFAST – DINNER
After breakfast, proceed for whole day Mt. Matterhorn Glacier Paradise excursion. Experience in southern Switzerland’s Valais canton, The Matterhorn Glacier Ride which is Europe’s highest summit station & world’s most advanced cableway. The cable car will take approx. 45 minutes to reach at the top of Mount Matterhorn & after reaching there, we will step right into the highest glacier palace in the world. It is a place of enchantment which will draw you into the fascinating world of eternal ice. Gather yourself for the walk along the floor of a real crevasse. Wander through tunnels of ice. Pause for a while in one of the seating areas strewn with animal hides and take in the enchanting surroundings which glitter, sparkle and gleam all around you. Surrounded by painstakingly created ice sculptures and centuries-old ice formations, it is a marvel to experience.
Later, have 3 course local dinner followed by overnight stay in the hotel at Zermatt.
Day 6 : ZERMATT – BERN – ADELBODEN BREAKFAST – DINNER
Check-out from the hotel after breakfast and take another train ride from Zermatt to Tasch. From there, reach Swiss capital – Bern by coach. It is built around a crook in the Aare River. It traces its origins back to the 12th century, with medieval architecture preserved in its Old Town. With a population of about 140000, Bern is the fifth-most populous city in Switzerland.
After visiting Bern, we will proceed for the city tour of Interlaken. It is a traditional resort town in the mountainous Bernese Oberland region of central Switzerland. Built on a narrow stretch of valley, between the emerald-coloured waters of Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, Interlaken has old timber houses and parkland on either side of the Aare River.
Check-in to the hotel, have Indian dinner & stay overnight at Adelboden.
Day 7 : ADELBODEN BREAKFAST – DINNER
After breakfast, the day is free to explore on your own OR you can opt to visit MOUNT RIGI (Optional – See Optional Package Cost) – Mount Rigi is one of the most popular mountains in Central Switzerland and is often referred
to as the ‘Queen of the Mountains’ by the locals. It is a mountain for all seasons and its peninsula location enables visitors not only to cast their eyes down the sweeping mountain slopes but also to enjoy Rigi’s impressive and renowned panoramic views. We will start by taking a cogwheel train from Vitznau to Rigi Kulm. From here we will go to Weggis to experience the aerial cable car ride to Rigi Kaltbad & also from Krabel to Rigi Scheidegg.
Return to the hotel after having an Indian dinner and stay overnight at Adelboden.
Day 8 : ADELBODEN – ZURICH BREAKFAST – MEAL ON BOARD
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed for a scenic drive with aesthetic swiss landscapes to Zurich, the largest city in Switzerland. Enjoy a guided city tour of the beautiful city of Zurich. Then transfer to Zurich Airport to board our flight to India.
Day 9 : KOLKATA
Reach Kolkata. Complete all the immigration formalities before leaving the airport. Bid good-bye to all the friends you have met during the tour.

- Registration amount / Booking Advance of Rs.50000/- (amount may vary time to time) per person is required at the time of booking along with signed Passport & Pan card copies.
- An interim payment of Rs. 50000/- per person is payable before 90 days from the departure date.
- The Foreign exchange amount equivalent in INR [calculated at the specified exchange rate of the payment date: Inter Banking Rate + Corporate Remittance charge] is payable at least 45 days before the travel date.
- The final payment [balance amount of the tour cost] should be completed before 25 days prior to the travel date.
