Day 1

DELHI – HELSINKI

MEAL : ON BOARD – INDIAN DINNER

We gladly introduce ourselves as the one stop provider for all your travel needs and requirements. Your presence at Indira Gandhi International Airport 3 hours prior to the departure is mandatory. Our experienced Tour Manager will meet you at Delhi airport and assist you with all the formalities.

Board the flight early in the morning from Delhi to Helsinki.

Arrive at Helsinki in the afternoon. Complete all the immigration formalities before boarding on to the luxury coach.

Upon arrival at Helsinki, visit Helsinki Library.

Later, transfer to an Indian restaurant for dinner. Check-in to the hotel, followed by an overnight stay at Helsinki.

Day 2

HELSINKI – HVOLSVOLLUR/HELLA

MEAL : PACKED BREAKFAST – LOCAL DINNER

Packed breakfast will be provided in the morning. After check-out, proceed to Helsinki Airport to board the flight to Keflavik. On arrival at Keflavik International Airport, welcome to Iceland, the magical Land of Ice and Fire. After immigration, continue by luxury coach for the Golden Circle tour. Visit Thingvellir National Park, where the world’s oldest parliament Alþingi was founded in 930 AD, Iceland adopted Christianity, and which later served as an execution site; it has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2004 and is known for Lake Thingvallavatn’s unique geology. Next, witness the active Strokkur Geyser erupting every 5–10 minutes up to 20–40 meters, followed by Gullfoss, the “Golden Waterfall,” cascading in two stages into a 2.5 km Ice Age–formed crevasse. Later, check in to the hotel, enjoy local dinner, and stay overnight at Hvolsvollur/Hella.

Day 3

HVOLSVOLLUR/HELLA

EAL : BREAKFAST – LOCAL DINNER

After breakfast, continue along Iceland’s southern coast to the world-famous Reynisfjara black sand beach, where the striking Reynisdrangar sea stacks rise off the shoreline. Proceed to the stunning Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, featuring blue, white, turquoise, and black-streaked icebergs—1,000-year-old fragments of the retreating Oraefajökull glacier floating toward the sea. En route, enjoy a photo stop at Vík, Iceland’s southernmost village. Travel from eastern to western Iceland through breathtaking landscapes to Skógafoss, one of the country’s largest waterfalls, plunging 60 meters with a width of 25 meters. Legend says Viking settler Þrasi Þórólfsson hid a treasure chest behind the falls around 900 AD. Later, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

REYKJAVIK – KIRKJUFELL- REYKJAVIK

MEAL : BREAKFAST – INDIAN DINNER

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and travel from eastern to western Iceland through breathtaking scenery. After a scenic drive of about two hours, arrive at Grundarfjordur to view the iconic Kirkjufell (Church Mountain), considered the most photographed mountain in Iceland. Rising 463 meters above sea level and extending into the sea, its striking location attracts both travellers and locals. Continue to Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland, and enjoy a guided city tour. Later, check in to the hotel and freshen up. Enjoy Indian dinner at a restaurant, followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5

REYKJAVIK – HELSINKI – SANTA CLAUS EXPRESS

MEAL : PACKED BREAKFAST – PACKED INDIAN DINNER

Packed breakfast will be served. Check-out early from the hotel at Reykjavik and proceed to the airport to board your flight to Helsinki.

On arrival at Helsinki, proceed for a city tour of Helsinki including Senate Square, St. Nicholas Church or Helsinki Cathedral and Sibelius Monument.

Later, packed Indian dinner will be served. Later, you will be transferred to the Railway Station to board the Double Decker Santa Claus Express for an overnight journey to Rovaniemi.

Day 6

ROVANIEMI – SAARISELKA (GLASS IGLOO)

MEAL : BREAKFAST ON BOARD– LOCAL DINNER

In the morning, enjoy breakfast at the bistro on the Santa Claus Express. Arrive in Rovaniemi and proceed to Ranua Arctic Zoo, offering the chance to see Arctic animals and birds such as polar bears, reindeer, Arctic foxes, wild boars, and eagles in their natural habitat. Later, visit Santa Claus Village, a festive theme park located on the Arctic Circle. Meet Santa and his elves, send postcards from Santa’s main post office, and explore souvenir and handicraft shops. Then travel approximately four hours from Rovaniemi to Saariselka, a resort village in northern Finland known for its close connection to nature. Check in to a Glass Igloo, enjoy a three-course local dinner, and stay overnight while admiring the twinkling starry sky from the comfort of your room.

Day 7

SAARISELKA – IVALO – ALTA

MEAL : BREAKFAST – LOCAL DINNER

After breakfast, proceed for an optional Husky sled experience, offering a chance to feel Lapland’s pristine beauty and winter wilderness, with only the sound of panting dogs and gliding runners. Check out from the hotel and travel towards Alta, a town on Norway’s northern coast at the head of Alta Fjord. En route, visit Lake Inari in Ivalo, the largest lake in Sápmi and Finland’s third-largest lake, measuring approximately 80 km long and 40 km wide, covering 1,102 sq km with a depth of about 200 ft (61 m). The lake is fed by the Ivalo River and drains into the Arctic Ocean via the Paats River. Upon arrival in Alta, enjoy dinner and stay overnight.

Day 8

ALTA – HAMMERFEST – ALTA

MEAL : BREAKFAST – LOCAL DINNER

After breakfast, proceed to Hammerfest, the northernmost town on Kvaløya Island along Norway’s northwestern coast. Upon arrival, enjoy a city tour of Hammerfest, known as the gateway to the Barents Sea and the Arctic Ocean, making it a key starting point for Arctic expeditions. Located over 600 miles above the Arctic Circle, it is also one of the most visited towns in northern Norway. Later, return to Alta for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9

ALTA – TROMSO

BREAKFAST – LOCAL DINNER

That day after breakfast, we will start our journey for Tromso. This small town is known as “the Paris of the north”. Tromso is famous for being one of the best places in the world to see the Northern Lights. The Northern Lights is sometimes so strong that you can even see it in the downtown or from your hotel window. After reaching there, we will check-in to the hotel followed by dinner and stay overnight.

Day 10

TROMSO – NARVIK

MEAL : BREAKFAST – LOCAL DINNER

In the morning, enjoy breakfast at the hotel before check-out and start a guided walking tour of Tromsø, covering the city within its original 1794 borders from Strandtorget in the south to Skansen in the north. Explore historical sites, statues, busts, and murals that tell the stories of notable figures, including Roald Amundsen, Wanny Woldstad, and Henry Rudi, who shaped Arctic history. Later, travel to the picturesque town of Narvik, surrounded by majestic mountains and fjords, one of the northernmost towns in the world. Check in to the hotel, enjoy dinner at the hotel or a nearby restaurant, and stay overnight.

Day 11

NARVIK – ABISKO – KIRUNA

MEAL : BREAKFAST – LOCAL DINNER

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and enjoy a city tour by luxury coach, covering key landmarks and monuments. En route, visit Abisko National Park, a classic region in Lapland’s alpine area, where majestic mountains frame the Abiskodalen valley with its blooming alpine meadows. Continue to Kiruna, Sweden’s northernmost town, known for the world’s largest underground iron-ore mine, operational since 1898. Upon arrival in Kiruna, check in to the hotel, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 12

KIRUNA – ROVANIEMI

MEAL : BREAKFAST – INDIAN DINNER

After breakfast, enjoy a walking city tour of Kiruna, visiting the Kiruna Church, a large early 20th-century wooden church with Gothic Revival style and an art nouveau altar, along with other landmarks like the Town Hall and its surroundings. Later, visit the iconic Ice Hotel, creatively redesigned each winter, offering a unique Arctic experience. Afterward, journey from Kiruna to Rovaniemi. Upon arrival, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant and stay overnight at the hotel in Rovaniemi.

Day 13

ROVANIEMI – HELSINKI – DELHI

MEAL : BREAKFAST – MEAL ON BOARD

That day have a relaxed breakfast before checking out of the hotel. Proceed towards Rovaniemi airport to board the flight to Delhi via Helsinki.

Day 14

DELHI

Reach Delhi. Complete the immigration process before leaving the airport. Bid good-bye to all the friends you have met during the tour.
